Hays County Habitat Conservation Plan Approved

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has published draft approval of the Hays County Habitat Conservation Plan, with permit issuance anticipated soon. With an HCP in place, development activities in the county may proceed by participating in the HCP, without the need for individual permits.
