GIS Summer Intern 

• Paid Internship: $20/hour
• Full-time June through August
• Some remote work is allowed

• Potential for Texas-based Fieldwork
• Data entry
• Data analysis

Responsibilities

• Convert field evaluation sheets into online forms for digital data collection
• Assist field crews by helping deploy data collection apps such as Survey123
• Upload and manage data to ArcOnline account
• Create ArcPro mapping and layout templates 
• Draft project-specific maps and perform geospatial data analysis 

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or related field
• Familiarity with GIS software, preferably ArcGIS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and data collection tools is a plus
• Prior experience with field data collection apps like Survey123 is beneficial
