Wetland Delineation/Section 404 Permitting

Wetland delineations are typically required for projects that will impact wetlands or wetland buffers. Zara staff have performed numerous wetland delineations and maintain the proper certification and training to conduct these surveys. The location of State and Federal jurisdictional wetland boundaries are delineated using vegetation, soil and hydrology criteria in a method consistent with Federal wetlands delineation guidelines. We serve a wide range of public and private sector clients and are able to scope our services to meet each individual client's needs. To provide the most accurate data to our clients, we only use advanced GPS units capable of sub-meter accuracy when mapping wetland boundaries. Zara maintains a positive working relationship with regulatory agencies that results in an easier and faster process for our clients.
