Qualifications
This position requires crazy attention to detail. As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for all phases of project development and outcomes, from taking the first call or email from a client to developing the scope and budget to coordinating all steps of work, coordinating with regulators, and ensuring delivery of high-quality reports. We are a close-knit team and we take our internal milestones very seriously, if you make a promise to a team member (such as the amount of time you'll give them to review a report) then your success or failure of that task is whether you kept your promise. Every action here affects someone else, and we either work together or not at all.
Project Managers are responsible for identifying and addressing all facets of project development during scoping. This requires intimate familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and a working knowledge the practical application of those regulations on a project-by-project level. The PM has the responsibility of guiding the client to compliance, not simply doing what the client asks. As consultants, it is our job to protect our clients and to provide all of the tools and resources necessary for them to make informed decisions. Zara PMs juggle a lot of responsibility and must be highly organized and responsive, and operate with strict adherence to compliance regulations and guidance. |
